Loan Servicing

At the customer option, we offer loan servicing as an option that may be utilized depending on the existing status of the portfolio.  Our experience shows that minimizing change is typically a good strategy in minimizing portfolio fall out.  With this in mind, if existing third party servicing is in place, we offer the option of leaving the servicing in place or moving servicing in house.
